Ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, separated
• 0.75 cup dark corn syrup
• 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spread the pecans evenly on a baking sheet.
2. Toast the pecans in the preheated oven until they are fragrant and lightly browned, about 5 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
3. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
