Cookie Mold Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• cooking spray with flour

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Add sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, approximately 3 minutes. Incorporate eggs and vanilla, beating for 1 minute. Add flour and salt, then beat until just combined, about 1 more minute. Scrape the bowl's sides as needed. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
2. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a cookie mold with cooking spray and then dust with flour.
3. Press the chilled cookie dough firmly into the prepared cookie mold. Use a knife to scrape away any excess dough, ensuring it's level with the mold's edge. Gently loosen the dough and let the shaped cookie drop onto an ungreased baking sheet. Continue this process to create the remaining cookies.
4. Bake in batches in the preheated oven until the cookies are lightly browned, around 12 to 15 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
