I first tasted this amazing Hot Crab and Jack Pretzel in Boston, and it was incredibly delicious! I had to recreate it back in PA. It features a warm, cheesy crab topping on a large, baked Philadelphia-style soft pretzel. Serve it with a sweet and hot mustard dipping sauce for the perfect flavor combination!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and horseradish until smooth. Stir in the garlic, onion, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Gently fold in the crabmeat and season with white pepper to taste. Spoon the mixture evenly over the pretzels, then sprinkle each with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake the pretzels in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the topping is bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
