Prepare all of your ingredients.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and water. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the cornflake crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, Cajun seasoning, chili powder, and paprika.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly season the drumsticks with salt on both sides. Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture, then dredge in the cornflake mixture, pressing to ensure full coverage.
Spray the tops of the chicken drumsticks with cooking spray. Place them sprayed-side down in the air fryer basket, arranging as needed depending on size. Spray the top side of the drumsticks with cooking spray as well.
