Delicious Applesauce Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
• 1.75 cups white sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs eggs
• 1 cup shredded zucchini
• 1 cup applesauce
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two loaf pans for baking.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Set the dry ingredients aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix in the zucchini, applesauce, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just incorporated, then fold in the pecans. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
