Delicious Chocolate Zucchini Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup butter flavored shortening
• 0.5 cup white sugar
• 0.5 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 1.75 cups grated zucchini

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two baking sheets to prevent sticking.
2. In a large bowl, beat shortening, white sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
