Ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar

• 0.25 cup flour
• 0.25 cup sugar
• 0.25 cup chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
2. For the coffee cake batter: In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Arrange the peach slices over the batter, then top with the remaining batter.
