Delicious Pecan Crescent Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, beat the butter with an electric mixer, gradually incorporating the confectioners' sugar and salt until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Combine pecans and vanilla extract. Slowly add flour, mixing thoroughly. Shape the dough into crescent shapes, using a teaspoon for each.
