Delicious Sour Cream Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded zucchini
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans to prevent sticking.
2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the sugar and oil. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
3. In a separate large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Gradually blend in the sugar-oil mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
