Doritos Chicken Casserole Recipe: Easy & Cheesy!

Ingredients

• cooking spray
• 1 (14.5 ounce) package nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips (such as Doritos®), crushed
• 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
• 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
• 1.5 cups salsa
• 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn, drained
• 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 8 ounces sour cream

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
2. Spread the crushed Doritos evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a crispy base.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, 1 cup of cheese, salsa, corn, condensed soups, and sour cream until well combined. Pour this delicious chicken mixture evenly over the crushed Doritos in the baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese evenly over the casserole and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown, about 5 minutes more.
