0.75 cup seasoned fish fry coating (such as Louisiana® Fish Fry Products)
nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for optimal cooking.
Add the seasoned breading mix to a resealable plastic bag. Place the catfish pieces in the bag, seal it, and shake well to fully coat each piece with breading.
Arrange the breaded catfish nuggets on a baking sheet and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, sprayed-side down.
