Easy Air Fryer Stuffing Balls Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
• 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
• 5 cups stale bread, cut into cubes
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 0.5 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 0.25 cup no-salt-added chicken broth
• cooking spray

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced celery and onion until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, fresh parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix in the cooked celery and onion. Crack in the egg and mix thoroughly. Gradually add chicken broth, mixing until well combined. Shape the stuffing mixture into 8 equal-sized balls. Place on a plate and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
4. Lightly spray the prepared stuffing balls with cooking spray. Arrange them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch each other. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray as well.
5. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip each ball, and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
