2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

Prepare all of the necessary ingredients.
Bring 1/4 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and garlic powder to the boiling water. Continue to boil until the water has almost completely evaporated, approximately 5 minutes.
