1 pound ground turkey
6 cups water
2 cups brown rice
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
0.5 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination

Instructions

Get all of your ingredients ready.
Combine ground turkey, water, rice, and rosemary in a large Dutch oven. Break up the ground turkey and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Then, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the frozen vegetables and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Take the pot off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down.
Store in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
