1 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 pound chicken livers, rinsed and trimmed
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or more as needed

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Place oats in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, about 10 to 15 seconds. Transfer oats to a large mixing bowl and stir in flour.
Put the livers into the food processor and blend until smooth, approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Add eggs and blend until well combined, around 10 seconds. Mix in oil and process until fully incorporated.
Add the liver mixture to the oat and flour mixture; stir until thoroughly combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until the treats are firm to the touch but not hard or crispy, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool fully before cutting into approximately 50 pieces.
