Easy Homemade Peach Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 2.5 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
• 1 pint half-and-half cream
• 0.5 cup white sugar
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups whole milk, or as needed

Instructions

1. Prepare all ingredients for the peach ice cream.
2. In batches, blend peaches with half-and-half and sugar until smooth using a blender or food processor.
3. Combine the peach mixture, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract in a gallon ice cream freezer container. Add whole milk to reach the fill line, approximately 2 cups. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker.
4. Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions, usually around 20 minutes. Transfer to a sealed container and freeze for about 4 hours to achieve a firm consistency.
