Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, combine the baking mix, milk, butter, vanilla pudding mix, and egg. Use an electric mixer to beat for 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Chop the peaches into small pieces and evenly distribute them over the top of the batter.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, ½ cup of sugar, and reserved peach juice until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the peaches. In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the cream cheese mixture.
