Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe with Marshmallow Creme

Ingredients

• 4 cups white sugar
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 0.5 cup margarine
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup marshmallow creme

Instructions

1. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Boil for exactly 10 minutes, then remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and marshmallow creme until fully incorporated.
3. Pour the peanut butter fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate the pan until the fudge is firm and set. Once set, cut the fudge into even squares and serve chilled.
