Easy Sausage Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 (16 ounce) packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
• 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1.5 cups all-purpose baking mix
• 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
• 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, cheese, baking mix, onion, celery, garlic, and black pepper until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Let them cool for 5 minutes on the pan before serving with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
