In a large skillet, crumble the ground chuck over medium heat. Cook and stir until the beef is evenly browned, then drain off any excess grease.
Transfer the browned beef to a large pot. Add the tomato sauce, chili beans, diced tomatoes, beer, onions, jalapeños, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and red pepper flakes to the pot.
Cover the pot tightly. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, for about 2 hours. Allow the chili to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two days to allow the flavors to meld and deepen (it gets even better with time).
