Fudgy Zucchini Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups white sugar
• 0.5 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it. Gather all ingredients beforehand.
2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
3. Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
