Irresistible Lemon Ricotta Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups cake flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.25 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup white sugar
• 0.75 cup butter, softened
• 3 eggs at room temperature
• 1 (15 ounce) container whole-milk ricotta cheese

• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing and flouring a tube cake or Bundt pan. Gather all the necessary ingredients for a seamless baking experience.
2. In a large bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients.
