Irresistible Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.75 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.5 cup butter, softened
• 0.5 cup white sugar
• 0.5 cup peanut butter
• 0.5 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda; set the mixture aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and milk until well combined.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
4. Shape the dough into 40 equal-sized balls and place each one into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 8 minutes.
6. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup candy into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool completely before carefully removing them from the pan.
