Lemon Pisco Sour Recipe: A Refreshing Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
• 1 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2 fluid ounces Pisco
• ice cubes

Instructions

1. Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice in a small cup. Combine the lemon juice and sugar mixture with Pisco in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, seal, and shake vigorously until chilled, approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy immediately.
