Ingredients

• 1.5 cups shredded zucchini
• 0.75 cup white sugar
• 0.5 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg egg
• 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.5 teaspoon salt
• 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

1. Get all the necessary ingredients ready.
2. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a standard 8x4-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, sugar, oil, and egg until well mixed.
