Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with foil and grease it lightly.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, crackers, milk, Cheddar cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Transfer to the baking sheet and shape into a skull, creating holes for eyes and a mouth. Insert hard-boiled egg halves into the eye sockets, securing them with meatloaf.
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over the meatloaf, including the eyes and mouth.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until cooked through. An instant-read thermometer should reach at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
Insert garlic pieces (teeth) into the mouth. Brush the remaining sauce over the meatloaf or serve as a side.
