Super Moist Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.67 cups white sugar
• 3 eggs eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
• 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
• 1.33 cups water

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
2. In a large bowl, cream together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Gradually add the mayonnaise and melted chocolate; reduce the mixer speed to low and beat until everything is thoroughly combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture in 4 batches, alternating with the water, mixing briefly after each addition until just combined. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
