The Ultimate Creamy Vodka Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 0.5 cup vodka (such as Ciroc®)
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 1 (28 ounce) jar tomato sauce
• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
• 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare all ingredients for the vodka sauce.
2. Heat a large saucepan over high heat; add minced garlic and cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour vodka into the hot saucepan carefully.
