The Ultimate Snowball Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 0.5 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup very finely chopped pecans

• 0.33 cup powdered sugar, or more as needed

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the butter, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Gradually incorporate the flour, pecans, and salt into the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined.
4. Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and arrange them on ungreased baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
