The Ultimate Steak Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup olive oil
• 0.33 cup soy sauce
• 0.33 cup fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tablespoons dried basil
• 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1.5 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
• 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare all of your ingredients.
2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, basil, garlic powder, parsley, white pepper, minced garlic, and hot pepper sauce in a blender. Blend on high speed until well combined, approximately 30 seconds.
3. Marinate your steak before cooking, or store the marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
